Dr. Ramsel’s credentials as a coach include a doctorate in psychology, an MBA degree, and decades of experience as a supervisor, manager, and executive. She was the leader of a large internal consulting firm with over 50 employees providing organization development services and also trained psychology postdoctoral fellows to deliver these services.
